Plane ticket

The ticket has been purchased, I will arrive in Georgia on March 15th. I will spend that thursday hiking up to Spring Mountain where I will experience my first night on the trail. I've decided to take the economical route and plan on spending little to no money on hostels and motels. I have purchased a can alcohol stove, will layer instead of buying expensive gore-tex, and will buy dehydrated Asian foods (all though not exclusively Asian) in place of the fancy MRE's.

I'm still in need of a partner. It aint happening though, becuase all my friends are mama's boys. However I do have some commitments:

Aaron- perhaps July on (the last section of the trail, probably New York up) if he has the funds and his knee recovers.

Travis- possibly for an entire month if a) he really means it b) he has the $1000 he needs for it and c) he has time for it. S

Lorraine- She'll be in a music camp in New York not far from the trail when ill be walking by in July. I will thus be provided with a shower and socialization. She is considering joining me for the last stretch after her camp finishes (Early August)

Leah- She is considering joining me at some point for a week or more.

Anyone else feel free to contact me if your interested.
